I am a Bowen Therapy practitioner and a full member of the Bowen Therapy Professional Association (BTPA).
I am a Bowen therapist and a McLoughlin Scar Tissue release practitioner and Tutor of both therapies.
I have been a Complementary Therapist for most of my career which spans 45 years. I love using these Therapies because of their gentleness, effectiveness and versatility.
I usually plan for three sessions for each new client in order to assess and treat any issues which may be causing imbalance. I take a full consultation before the first treatment so this session may be an hour and a half.

My clinic is situated in Espinhal, Penela, Portugal at Rua dos Pelames 4.
Bowen can be effective for babies and for the elderly and all ages in between. This also applies to the Scar tissue treatment and it matters not how old the scar is! Both treatments are pain-free.
